Reground Healing Therapy

What might be wrong …..

Sometimes it is clear something needs fixing, repairing or replacing. The sock with the hole can be darned (does anyone repair socks anymore?) or discarded and replaced.

Sometimes the shoes are so worn or so ‘comfortable’, we who wear them can not even notice a back ache after walking longer than normal. How do you keep it in the balance – the repair, the renew or discard and start again?

Do you maybe feel like your balance is off – you feel ‘too negative’, or even ‘too positive’ but at the same time lacking motivation or energy. Sometimes you know clearly what has you troubled – you or your family member with a major illness, a job loss, a change you didn’t expect or at very least, something you weren’t ready for took place and you are trying to adjust.

Energy healing sessions can complement your efforts to stay in balance. Talking in a safe place can assist you to think things through and adjust to whatever is happening in your life or for those around you.
